Every single person my husband and I came in contact with at this dealership was kind and actually listened to what my husband and I's concerns. We were not available to come to look at the vehicle we purchased until Saturday so Monday we started the gathering all the documents Wayne Dietz was requesting. He had all of our information and gave our file to Rocky. He said that Rocky had excellent news and that my husband and I should be very excited. He was not joking. I never met with Wayne in person, but he was very easy to work with and knew what he was doing. When we walked into the dealership and met with Rocky, he gave us the good news. Knocked 2k off the asking price of the vehicle and was able to get us financed with the lowest possible payment. They filled up the vehicle with gas, and I don't know about all of you, but I have never been in and out of a dealership in less than 2 hours. Melissa was kind and answered all of our financial questions, even shared a couple of laughs. From start to finish it was just a great experience. They found an issue with my vehicle that was caused by an aftermarket item added by previous owner and provided honest risk assessment if they proceeded. Their knowledge saved me untold hours/dollars of troubleshooting as I have since discovered the issue how to fix to prevent any issues with servicing the vehicle. They also have serviced my primary ford vehicle and always top notch service. Will continue to service my vehicles at Superior Ford!

Steve Stenbroten doesn't know the meaning of salesmanship. Since I live over 200 miles from the dealership he works at, I kindly asked for more pictures (their website displayed only 3). No response. After three weeks of waiting, I sent another request. He promised to send some. That was two weeks ago, and he has sent nothing yet. I emailed him to let him know that I have given him a month's worth of buying signals and all I need is a good reason to come buy the truck. I don't know what his capacity is there, but if he's anything more than a janitor there, he's useless. He's driving more customers away than he attracts, I'm just about certain of that. Stay away from this dealer unless you're really into abuse and punishment.

I bought my Ford Fusion used from St. Boni Ford and Doug was great! He made the process very smooth and I feel like I got a great deal on the car. Furthermore, Doug and his employees have been awesome when I have returned to service my Ford for oil changes and other maintenance. Quotes/Prices are honest and fair, they do great work and take the time to make you feel like a valued customer. I even received a courtesy call from Doug the owner himself a few days after getting new tires and some other work done just to make sure I was satisfied and happy with all the work. Can't say enough good things about this place - it's hard to find good, honest mechanics and car sales people but they nail it! If you are in the west metro area I strongly recommend St. Boni Ford!!
