The communication could improve. I had no idea my car was actually completed and I could not get through with a phone call. The number attached to the text and email does not work "disconnected" when I found another number on the website and got through the automated options nobody answered the phone. So I just showed up. The actual work done was fine and I enjoyed the inspection video, but it did not specify that my work was completed. Not the first communication issue I've had. When I bought the car I was told I'd be called to set up my rust protection. After a month I called to get it set up. More

Terrible service - dropped truck off for recall service 5/22. Call to check on it tech said couldn’t help. Called back 23rd and tech said she’ll call me back. No call back again.
