Anytime we have service done, it always take way longer than they state. Only brought vehicle in due to a recall. Dropped off at 7am and had to call at 4pm. Was told the car would be done within the hour… called back 90 minutes later and then was told it was done. No call saying it was complete. When I arrived, only 1 person was working and 3 customers waiting. When it was my turn they didn’t have my paperwork completed so I had to wait another 15+ minutes. More

1.5 days after my appointment time my car had not yet been looked at and was not going to be diagnosed that day. They do a good job servicing my truck and are thorough in their evaluation. My only complaint is the scheduling on the website.
