Wasn’t going to let us know this and was just going to keep our vehicle for the weekend without saying anything. When the lead transmition tech scolded her. Took the keys for our vehicle. She decided to Snapchat the incident complaining about it. Extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. I’ve been told this isn’t the first time she’s done her job at the worst she can. Thank god for Jamie Graham stepping up and resolving the issue! He’s the best!! More

I brought my car the earliest they offered (8 am) and they didn’t get it in at all that day. It took them 3 days to tell me what was wrong and how much it would be. Dropped off my truck to get some parts replaced. Did not receive any update until I called the next day to be told my truck had not been worked on yet. Once the work was finally done I was told I was being charged for a part I thought would have been covered under warranty but was not told until after it was installed and I would not have replaced the part at this time if I had know beforehand. Took my F150 in for service, very poor communication. I call the service line and they told me to drop it off and it was sent for a 7:50 am appointment. It got to the end of the day Friday and I didn't I call the service line and they told me to drop it off and it was sent for a 7:50 am appointment. It got to the end of the day Friday and I didn't hear anything so I called. The person that answered said my truck wasn't there and they know nothing about it. After 10 minutes of them making me feel stupid, they found my keys in the drop box from the night before, no obe must have checked the box all day. Was then told they would look at it on Monday. Called on Monday afternoon and they said it would not get looked at till Tuesday. Service rep was supposed to get back to me on Wednesday, and never did. Called on Thursday morning and my service representative was gone on vacation, another rep said he was on it and should be done by end of day. No call, so I called again just in case I could still pick it up and they said they never got to it. They finally called Friday late morning and was done. Went to pick it up , but they couldn't really tell me much about the oil consumption issue, just to bring it back for next oil change. Asked another rep and he said it's a known Ford issue, they just need to follow steps to see how bad it is before they can make a decision. Had to pay for an oil change, that was just changed about 1500 miles ago, even though Ford knows its an issue. Terrible communication and I'm a business owner that was with out his truck for over a week. Now I'll have to go thru more hoops when I bring it back after it burns more oil. Better communication would have gone a long way. Customer service sucks now days just about every where! More
