Let me first say that the work done on my truck I had no problem with. As far as I can tell it was performed flawlessly. I purchased the truck along with an extended service contract that I was repeatedly problem with. As far as I can tell it was performed flawlessly. I purchased the truck along with an extended service contract that I was repeatedly assured by the Finance guy that "everything" was covered. Yeah, don't believe that crap - ever. Read the contract fully before signing it. So far, as near as I can tell, the contract does cover everything...Everything EXCEPT what breaks on my truck. Dropped my truck off on a Monday (made an appointment even). They didn't look at it until Thursday because apparently, they can't plan very well. Got it back a week later and it wasn't like it was a 10hr job or anything. I am mad at myself for falling for their service contract scam and mad at them for taking advantage of people. I'll get over it though, there is always beer to find solace in. More

The service dept is good but the quick lane wasn’t as good. After my oil change and tire rotation they did a check of my vehicle and did not put the coolant cap back on and left it on the top of the fen good. After my oil change and tire rotation they did a check of my vehicle and did not put the coolant cap back on and left it on the top of the fender well and the cover for the positive battery cable was left off. Was not happy about that! Also was not consistent on paper work of what they did and what they suggested to have done. So I had my husband check to see if they replaced my engine filter.which they did do but wasn’t sure by the paperwork. More
