Morrie's Buffalo Ford - Service Center

I took my vehicle in which was a 2022 Ford Explorer, ST with a wind noise coming at the drivers side head. I requested a test ride with a service rep, and we both heard the noise. He said that if I left the vehicle, they would service the vehicle within a timely manner. I was extremely pleased when they called after four hours and my vehicle was serviced. The noise is gone and I couldn’t be happier. More

Dealer is good overall. Quick service is not consistent. Have had missing bolts. Last service said tire were at 35psi. Within 5 miles the tire light went on.
