Scheduling seems to never work well at this dealership. I Scheduled an oil change with the Ford app and got a confirmation email that it was Scheduled. However, Morries did not show me on their schedule when I got there. They were able to fit me in, so I was happy about that. But if I call for a simple oil change, they are booked out at least a week. I typically go somewhere else if that's the case. More

After 3 days of my truck being there after my appointment, they had still not looked at it and there was no communication of the status. We brought our Edge in for service on a Friday. We had an appointment and informed the service department that we could not leave the car over the weekend. Shortly after 3:00 we were called and tol We had an appointment and informed the service department that we could not leave the car over the weekend. Shortly after 3:00 we were called and told that they would not be able to look at the car. When I picked up the car, having never even been looked at, the service writer was very apologetic and assured me that I would be called on Monday and that they would definitely make it right. Today, 1 month later, I have never received any communication whatsoever. I will definitely need to find a different service provider. More
Great Service at Morries , took a week to get my car fixed without an appointment ( tow in ) and the part that was needed took 4 days to get , a loaner car was provided and was kept informed of the pro fixed without an appointment ( tow in ) and the part that was needed took 4 days to get , a loaner car was provided and was kept informed of the progress by the advisor Sheila , all in all very happy with service .
