Scheduling seems to never work well at this dealership. I Scheduled an oil change with the Ford app and got a confirmation email that it was Scheduled. Great Service at Morries , took a week to get my car fixed without an appointment ( tow in ) and the part that was needed took 4 days to get , a loaner car was provided and was kept informed of the pro fixed without an appointment ( tow in ) and the part that was needed took 4 days to get , a loaner car was provided and was kept informed of the progress by the advisor Sheila , all in all very happy with service .
