We brought our Edge in for service on a Friday. We had an appointment and informed the service department that we could not leave the car over the weekend. Shortly after 3:00 we were called and told that they would not be able to look at the car. When I picked up the car, having never even been looked at, the service writer was very apologetic and assured me that I would be called on Monday and that they would definitely make it right. Today, 1 month later, I have never received any communication whatsoever. I will definitely need to find a different service provider. More

We scheduled a recall repair. We were told they didn’t have enough room for us to drop it off the night before. When we dropped it off the day of they then told us they wouldn’t h We were told they didn’t have enough room for us to drop it off the night before. They called us the next day and told us the parts for the recall were on national backorder. Thank you for wasting my time. More

I am happy with the overall performance of Morries Ford. The only issue I have is I had a bad wiper blade with a truck 6000 mile and 6 month old. No coverage and it cost me $30.00. It is what it is. Really dissatisfied we have had our truck in for service before to have the cam phasers and oil pan fixed. Now we bring it in again to find out the oil pan is leaking again third time and the cam phasers ne before to have the cam phasers and oil pan fixed.
