I went in for an oil change and Eric remembered I had purchased tires from him and he told me about free tire rotation. When I went in to purchase tires he explained the difference between the different tires after listening to what I wanted. More

Took my car in for brakes, and there was an issue on the parts and agreed to price, however, your team took care of everything to my complete satisfaction. If it is possible to turn an issue into a praise worthy experience ... your team did it! As a result, I have taken my truck back for some service work, and my daughter's car for 4 new tires. Considering this I decided to sc My rating is specifically for Quicklane operations. Like most people I have a busy schedule and time is precious. Considering this I decided to schedule an oil change appointment and was told by Shawn that with a scheduled appt it would take about 40-45 mins. With a scheduled appointment that is a bit long but since I have the "Buy Happy" oil package my options are limited without paying out extra cash. I planned on 45 minutes. I got there on time, checked in and sat down. We (my wife and I) checked in with Bryce. After about 20 minutes I overheard the two guys behind the desk going over the paperwork saying that one of the service guys TJ (or similar sounding name) had taken back the wrong car and it was put ahead of others who were waiting. I looked up and noticed that it appeared that I was the person who was "waiting" as my car had not moved. I didn't say anything but watched as they jockeyed my car with another one that was already in the bay. So I continued to sit patiently. While sitting there I asked Bryce if it would be possible for my car to be washed after the service work and he promptly said it sure. So we sat, and sat, and sat. Finally after about an hour and fifteen minutes, I stood up and walked out of the waiting room and walked towards the service bay to see if my car was still on the lift. To my surprise it was still sitting on the hoist but there was nobody around it. Finally after about 3-4 minutes I saw a service tech walk underneath my car and began to drain the oil from under the hood. That is correct, after and hour and fifteen minutes after my scheduled appointment they were just starting the oil change. I walked back into the waiting room and sat down. I told my wife about what I had just seen and Bryce caught on that I was not happy. Bryce told me he was going to go check on the status of my car and I responded that I knew where they were... just starting it. A short time later Bryce came back and said they were almost done. He offered me a car wash code for a nearby car wash as it would be faster and he knew I wanted to get going. Finally, after nearly 1.5 hours I had my car back, minus the car wash. The thing that bothers me most is that I am tied into my oil change package for the time being so I have no choice (again without paying additional money) but to complete my package and then move on to a more organized shop that will not waste my time. I should have been out of there no more than 30 minutes. What is the point of having an appointment if is still takes 1.5 hours and I am not really saving much money. Once my purchased package is up I will certainly for pay the extra $5 and go to the nearby Valvoline and get in and out in 20 minutes or less. I get it if I was just a drive up and they were busy and I had to wait for an open time slot. But to have an appointment and to turn a simple oil change into what I experienced is unacceptable. Bryce was a good guy and I have no problems with him. It is the unorganized and inefficient way that service department is ran. More

Shawn is a GREAT service advisor I was in this morning for another oil change on my 2013 F-150. (my 4th 150 from Morrie's). Shawn took care of me as usual. He is always busy, but stil I was in this morning for another oil change on my 2013 F-150. (my 4th 150 from Morrie's). Shawn took care of me as usual. He is always busy, but still finds a little time to visit and ask how things are going. with the truck (and maybe a little hunting or fishing). He's very helpful when when asked a question concerning service. This morning I overheard his conversation concerning what another customer thought the labor hours were high on his vehicle. Shawn explained it brilliantly as there was much more to changing out the alternator on the customer's vehicle than he'd realized which he accepted. He's real good and Knows what he is doing. I also enjoyed a short visit with Chad Erickson. while waiting on the servicing. More

The Whole Team is Superb I bought my new car in July 2014, there was a factory recall that needed to be fixed. I set my appointment and also needed an oil change. I was in a I bought my new car in July 2014, there was a factory recall that needed to be fixed. I set my appointment and also needed an oil change. I was in and out in about an hour. I sat in their Customer Lounge used their Guest WIFI and did my work while my car was being taken care of. Everyone greeted me and asked if I needed anything else while I was waiting. I bought the car from JR in July so we chatted about a used car for my daughter, I picked out what I thought she would love and they let me drive it to her. If it would not have been a 5 speed we would have purchased it but she was nervous about driving a stick. We will be back!!! More

After 2 days and $667 we left with nothing fixed. Conversation overheard between service reps deciding to put on new part on another vehicle in service rather than refund money. Felt high level of dishonesty. Another lady came into service department asking for quote on dent. First service rep quoted her a price and second rep increased the quote substantially. Same as they did for us earlier. They spent 5 hours trying to remove bolt on our pickup. Wanted us to give them approval to ruin our turbo to get bolt out. We told them no. Told them we would drive the vehicle home and have it fixed there. We asked them to give us pictures of what they found to show our local mechanic who Morries defamed in an attempt to further their work. They did nothing and charged us $667, One time traveling we had problems, stopped into dealership in Utah. They fixed it and wouldn't charge us. What a difference in dealerships. Would never recommend Morries dealership! After returning home we had our pickup serviced by a local business. The bolt in question came right out within minutes. We were there when they removed it. It was not stainless steel as Morries told us and it was not cross threaded. Morries told us EGR delete kit was illegal, but it is not in Nebraska where we live. Our local serviceman repaired our vehicle and we had it back within a day. Morries have called us and wanted to refund us one hour of labor in return for us not vocalizing this complaint. We refused.
