Upgraded Truck My husband and I were looking to upgrade our current truck- we found exactly what we were looking for at the Forest Lake Dealer- We originally start My husband and I were looking to upgrade our current truck- we found exactly what we were looking for at the Forest Lake Dealer- We originally started working with Tyler- he was very helpful in getting things started- When we came in to finalize everything, it took only a few moments- The finance manager didn't really impress me, his scare tactics for why we shouldn't have purchased our extended warranty from our credit union was unnecessary. The things that stood out most to me were the visit we just had- we had to come back to the dealership for them to detail our truck and pick up our plates- Joe was wonderful- working in this business (Automotive Sales) for over 15 years- customer service is a big thing to me. Joe was very quick to answer and help with any questions we had- he made sure that what needed to be done to our truck, was done and in a timely manner. Thank you Joe and Tyler! More

No pressure or Hassle I contacted this dealership about a vehicle I saw online. A salesman named Clem contacted me told me to come by. I browsed the lot found the car, I wa I contacted this dealership about a vehicle I saw online. A salesman named Clem contacted me told me to come by. I browsed the lot found the car, I was expecting a salesman to pop up out from one of the vehicles but that never happened, I was shocked. So I went into the dealership asked for Clem the receptionist told me he was busy with a customer and would let him know I was waiting for him in the lot He saw I was by the vehicle I was interested in, got the keys and we took it out for a spin. I Usually tend to know a little bit more about the Vehicle then the salesman does. Mainly Because I do my homework before I show up at a dealership. I was shocked and impressed that Clem knows what he is selling, he showed me how all the controls work and answered questions that I asked him about the car. He made the whole buying experience that much more enjoyable. Also the staff was friendly and courteous . I cant say enough about Clem, he's so down to earth and easy to talk to. And so knowledgeable about what they sell on there lot. I know I will be coming back here to buy a new or used car in the future.
