its ok Clem was the sales person i went through for traded in my 2017 camaro (ss) and 2006 corolla, test drove the vehicle i wanted and didn't notice any pro Clem was the sales person i went through for traded in my 2017 camaro (ss) and 2006 corolla, test drove the vehicle i wanted and didn't notice any problems with the engine and transmission felt fine. after the test drive Clem went to talk to his managers about the value of my two trade ins offered me quite a bit lower then what i wanted and what i could have sold the camaro privetly as well (keep in mind that is for both combined they didn't even bother showing me what they offered for each individually, so taking the hit i accept the offer and we moved on to financing. That's when Mo came into play came over to talk to me about the trade ins and "what bank i loaned the camaro through" i stated i didn't loan from a bank i loaned from carmax financing he looked at me like i had just said what is a bank... so he rudely re asks the same question and i explained car max has its own bank you can finance through. Mo looks at me and asks if i have my title for the camaro and i said i do not and gave me a dirty look. Mo gets up says okay ill figure this out and walks back to his office. 30-45 minutes later he comes back and says i need show proof that i actually make what i put down which was actually less then what i actually make because i don't like people knowing how much i make its my personal business not yours. i explained to Mo that i had back surgery a month ago and the last two paychecks will not reflect what i make. Mo then acts snarky and very rude and pretty much accused me of lying about how much i make. i explained that if you would like to contact my boss we can get this handled and Mo said he needs the pay stubs "RIGHT NOW" then walks away back to his office. Now i am livid and really thinking am i going to waste 4 hours of my life to walk away from this trade in (for a 2013 truck so a older vehicle then i already own) so i sit patiently and wait Mo then asks me to come in his office and his whole attitude changed the moment a bank accepts my loan. now i'm sitting in his office really upset he treated me like he did then change his attitude a whole 180 degrees to a "friendly finance agent" i stated i will be accepting this EXTREMELY HIGH interest rate but i will be financing. Mo stated i have to pay at least 5 months to re finance and then he said he would be glad to refinance me when that time comes (LOL) i accept the terms of the loan and move on my day. i just don't understand how you can have a person working as a financing agent when he treats CUSTOMERS like crap. i don't believe the customer is always right but you are lucky you even got my business because of the way he acted and accused me of not making what i actually make which is more then what i put down on the loan information. ridiculous. Clem was nice and personable, Mo on the other hand was disrespectful and not fit for his job title. I will not be recommending your dealership. More

Dan made the buying process very smooth and easy, and I don't think I could list any changes I'd want to make to my experience. Not only was he knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at but he had a good sense of humor too. Large inventory of lightly used trucks I finally broke down and decided to buy a truck and narrowed my choices down to a GMC Canyon or Sierra. Forrest Lake had nice low mile examples of bot I finally broke down and decided to buy a truck and narrowed my choices down to a GMC Canyon or Sierra. Forrest Lake had nice low mile examples of both options in stock. My salesman was pretty laid back. We took both models on longer test rides. The Canyon best suited my needs. Negotiations were reasonable. I wish I had gotten a better trade value, but I figure my research online prior to arriving have me confidence the price of the particular truck I was buying was pretty competitive. Overall, I feel good about the purchase and don’t know how I got by without a truck the past few years. Thanks Rob! More
