Overall a bad experience. The sales person didn’t seem interested in selling the car. He never thanked us. He never showed my wife how to use the car, nothing! In the finance office my payment went way up from what we agreed to because they told me I needed unnecessary items that ended up being removed so clearly we didn’t need them. Also I had an appointment at 1:30 to sign the papers and told them I needed to stick to that time and wasn’t brought in until 2:30 to sign. Also the detail work on the car wasn’t good. I don’t believe they touched the roof and even found a razor blade stuck to the roof today that luckily didn’t scratch the paint. Overall the experience was not good at all. I would not recommend this place. The car is great but not the dealership. More

From start to finish the car buying process was awesome at Morrie's in Inver Grove Heights! I was contacted by Nathan Garcia after making an online inquiry regarding leasing/buying a CX-5. He was able to w at Morrie's in Inver Grove Heights! I was contacted by Nathan Garcia after making an online inquiry regarding leasing/buying a CX-5. He was able to walk me through everything to find the option that best fit our budget. After making an appointment to test drive a vehicle at the dealership they made sure that the vehicle was ready to go and clean when we arrived. Everyone was very nice and accommodating, even changing the TV to Spongebob for my kids and making sure they had snacks and drinks. Financing went smooth and everything was explained to us as we were signing. They even set up a "we owe" for a significant scratch on the gas door and quarter panel, which we had assumed we would have to repair being that we were buying used. When I returned to have the scratch repaired I worked with Michael O'Connor who exceeded my expectations. He was one of the friendliest people I have ever met and got me a beautiful 2019 CX-5 as a loaner. All in all I was very pleased with every interaction I had with the employees at Morrie's, which I have not had working with other dealerships. More
