I worked with Greg Holbrook in service dept about a recall(windshield pillars) and also to diagnose my touchscreen not working properly. It was diagnosed and new parts were ordered. Communication between Greg and tech were misunderstood and caused a delay in service being completed. Greg was professional (and knowledgeable) throughout the entire process.
