At no point did he try to steer me toward a different vehicle or push me in another direction. The entire process felt focused on meeting my needs rather than making a sale. Once we agreed on the price and trade-in terms, I mentioned that I lived across town and would return Monday morning to finalize everything. Without hesitation, Cody replied, "If you'd like, I'll deliver the vehicle, pick up your trade, and we can finish everything today." That level of customer service made what was already a smooth experience even better. It was one of the quickest and most seamless vehicle purchases I have ever made.
