Installed the Wrong Remote Start on my car. I went to Morries Minnetonka Ford to get a remote start system installed on my 2012 escape. Martin the "Accessory"guy is who i worked with. Mar I went to Morries Minnetonka Ford to get a remote start system installed on my 2012 escape. Martin the "Accessory"guy is who i worked with. Martin gave me two options on remote starts. The Ford OEM remote start, and a website he linked me to a companies website called idata-link. after review the options i choose the idatalink Martin recommend over the Ford brand. We set up a time and i brought my vehicle in. Neither of the options Martin gave me were installed on my car. instead a "Silencer" brand remote start was installed on my car. This happened a few days ago and Martin acknowledged the mistake was made he is unwilling to being my vehicle back into the position i dropped it off at for a refund. at this point i am considering a smail claims court asd i have all of this documented through E-mails. I just bought a brand new ford and this was the closest dealer from me that i planned to have it serviced at. I will never be going back to Morrie's Minnetonka Ford again. More
They did a good job of getting the paperwork done and then taking us into our new vehicle, going through all features and helping us set up our Cell phones to connect to the vehicle. DO NOT buy any extended service plans from them! I bought a truck from this dealer and they sold me an extended service plan, I traded the truck in about 9 months later and brought them the paperwork showing a truck from this dealer and they sold me an extended service plan, I traded the truck in about 9 months later and brought them the paperwork showing that so I could get my pro rated refund from all the time/mileage not used. They copy the purchase agreement from the trade in and tell me 4 weeks for a refund. Okay, 4 weeks goes by and nothing. I reach out to them and the guy who sold me the truck Rick calls and tells me it might be closer to 5-6 weeks. I reach out again this week and the finance manager Josh emails me back saying 6 weeks. I explain I don’t understand how the timelines change every time I inquire about my money but regardless well we are at 6 weeks with no refund sent to me. It’s amazing how they bend over backwards and kiss your xxx when your buying something from them but if your due something it doesn’t matter one bit to them. I’m owed probably over 2,000 but why should they care. Their actions are clearing showing they don’t care one bit cause they aren’t making money on me now. I will NEVER do business with this dealer again and will make sure all my friends and family are made aware of this too. Im beyond disappointed in this and still don’t have my money owed to me. More

Test drive fusion Stopped with my sister to schedule service on her truck. Decide to test drive a 2019 fusion. Car was nice but I really wanted to test drive the Mazda6 Stopped with my sister to schedule service on her truck. Decide to test drive a 2019 fusion. Car was nice but I really wanted to test drive the Mazda6 as well. Jon was great, let us drive the car, estimated monthly payments and recommended a sales person at Morries Mazda. Even texted me later to see how things were going. Wonderful experience even if I didn't get the fusion. More
