After a test drive, he located another Ford Focus with all the equipment I was looking for. I was extremely happy that he did not use the "old" pressure sales routine 101...you don't need that or yada, yada. He greeted me at the door and gave me several options for cars. He even located a MKZ with the equipment we wanted in St. Louis. I was extremely happy that they didn't try to pressure me to buy a car on the lot. Josh was extremely helpful- he followed up with e-mails and a couple of phone calls. Sadly enough I didn't buy a Lincoln. That being said, when I am in the market for another car Josh will be first stop. More

Promises are not kept I'm not at all impressed with this ford dealership. Took me 3 weeks even to get paperwork for the car I purchased. I left a device in the car and cal I'm not at all impressed with this ford dealership. Took me 3 weeks even to get paperwork for the car I purchased. I left a device in the car and called to get it. Never saw it again. They promised a copy of what they did as far as a pre sale check. Never got it. The truck developed a tick in the engine soon after I bought it. Was told that's normal by the service manager who wouldn't even check it. Now I have been sitting in the lounge two and a half hours for what they told me was a five minute job to replace a window seal. It was promised when I bought the truck and has taken two visits to get done. Yea I'm so NOT impressed. More

There was one bump in the road: I was given the wrong warranty when I purchased a paint and rust protection package. I called the dealership, and they took care of it. I would say that they are available to keep the customer happy. More

WORST CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!! I had a lot of hiccups leading up to my recent purchase at Morrie's Minnetonka Ford Lincoln. I can honestly say that I wasn't satisfied with the custo I had a lot of hiccups leading up to my recent purchase at Morrie's Minnetonka Ford Lincoln. I can honestly say that I wasn't satisfied with the customer service I received, however after speaking with Glen over the last couple of days my service concerns have been met. I am disappointed that it took a previous review and several calls to resolve my concerns but the were resolved. More

It was very pleasant to deal with Fred, he was very in tune with my needs and did not play games, I always got a straight answer in the questions I asked. I would say out of 8 new car purchases Fred has been the best so far to deal with. Over all my experience with morries has good and easy and above all painless!
