I purchased a rare, special-edition car from this dealership out of state, with the deal finalized in early September 2025. It is now January 2026 and I have only just finished dealing with unresolve dealership out of state, with the deal finalized in early September 2025. It is now January 2026 and I have only just finished dealing with unresolved issues (I hope). Once the deal was completed, communication all but stopped—before I even received the car. Calls and messages went unanswered for days, I was never kept informed about transport dates or paperwork, and my assigned salesperson, Richard Zahler, stopped responding altogether despite seeing that texts had been read. Literally no word to this day the second the car hit the trailer. The sales manager, Edwin Cabrera, was pleasant but repeatedly failed to follow through without multiple reminders. I was later told the email and phone number in his email signature were weirdly no longer good to use, yet I was never given alternatives. Even the general manager failed to respond when I reached out. After nearly 50 days waiting for registration (with only 60-day temp plates), I checked in and—unsurprisingly—received no response for close to a week. Eventually, I spoke with Tyler in finance, who informed me that registration was not properly handled and required additional steps on my end. Had I not followed up, I would have been left with an undrivable car. Reviewing the paperwork also revealed the dealership owed me nearly $500 in registration overpayments due to their lack of follow-through. After weeks of chasing them, I finally received a refund (mid-January 2026) —short by $145. I paid off the car in early October 2025 and still have not received the title. They also failed to respond to my bank regarding the lien, and I may have to deal with them yet again due to their third-party title process. This has been, without question, the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. A transaction that should have been straightforward took FOUR MONTHS to finalize and constant effort on my part. I would strongly advise staying far away unless you’re prepared to fight during every step of the process. Buyer beware. More
Morries Minnetonka Ford has always done work on my Mustang super fast, super quick, and easy. Every service advisor I have worked with has been up front and clear about what's going on. I had excellent service at Morrie's Minnetonka Ford. Can't say enough about the first class service I received from Luke Elling this week. He was ready & waiting for me when I came in for my service appointment.. We had a phone conversation previously about the issues I was having with my Bronco Sport, so no time was wasted getting me into my loaner car & on my way. Later I got a text from Luke with an attached video explaining the work that was done on my car.. When I picked up my car, Luke was there to answer any questions that I had. I really appreciate the personal care that came along with my service appointment. I'll be back ! More

They kidnapped my vehicle into their shop for a half-hour assessment and tried playing it down another $2k for a mysterious OBD readout that didn't trip a dash light -AND- even if there was a problem, they ignored that my vehicle is still under all factory warranties. THEN came the stereotypical used car dealer added charges and fees. All the while, I never even saw the vehicle i was interested in trading up to buy. The only thing that wasn't circa 1972 was the clothes. Every associate I saw walking around was dressed like a slob. Not a button down shirt in the place, much less a suit or tie or even a pair of dress slacks. So yeah, if you want to get played with the same racket they worked 50 years ago, swing on by Morrie's. What am embarrassment. This kind of place is the reason people don't trust used car salesmen. More
It was an incredibly long wait. Financing process was delayed since only one was working. We were paying cash not financing and had a trade-in. Financing process was delayed since only one was working. We were paying cash not financing and had a trade-in. More
They were very easy to talk to and work with them from the salesperson to the financial advisor. They all took care of me and I would buy and recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. the salesperson to the financial advisor.
