Failure to Communicate to Customers 6/6/2015 I have owned my Certified Used Morrie’s vehicle for 35 days, and it has been in for promised repairs for 23 consecutive days, and it is expe 6/6/2015 I have owned my Certified Used Morrie’s vehicle for 35 days, and it has been in for promised repairs for 23 consecutive days, and it is expected to be there for at least another week. I am not a “buy happy” customer. I find, after the sale, their organization no longer has a sense of urgency of customer satisfaction. I had made calls every other day inquiring on the status of my vehicle, but never did I receive a returned call until I finally expressed my frustration over their failure to tell me where they had my car, and the status of the repairs. Apparently it doesn’t pay to be patient and wait quietly for the promised call backs that never came. And then when I did receive a call back voice mail, it simply advised: “Jackie will call me.” I came to realize I never received a call because the folks who were supposed to be helping me, were not, and then the internal blame game started... all that time was wasted. To my detriment. I expect eventually my new car will again be in my garage, but honestly, whenever I turn the ignition of my new car, I’ll regret I made the purchase through Morrie’s Minnetonka Ford. More

The reasons bein To those considering taking their Ford vehicles to a dealership for service or repair, I would like to recommend Morrie’s Minnetonka. The reasons being the people there who make it such an outstanding experience in getting the job done quickly, correctly and with such a pleasant professional attitude. People like Greg Holbrook (Service Advisor), Dan Augustana (Heavy Diesel Mech.) and Shane Cullinan (Accessories Manager). There are many others like the courtesy shuttle driver to the folks in the detail shop that are a pleasure to work with. It’s the knowledge, professionalism and wonderful “can-do” attitude that makes this place the best for service and repair. Thank You, wonderful people of Morrie’s for doing your best! Jake Middagh was amazing Sync and my iPhone stopped communicating in my 2014 Focus several months ago. 5 trips to Morries, 2 trips to the Apple Store, one call from the Apple Sync and my iPhone stopped communicating in my 2014 Focus several months ago. 5 trips to Morries, 2 trips to the Apple Store, one call from the Apple Store to Morries and a call to Ford left me nowhere. Everyone gave up and told me that the problem had to be my phone (except the Apple guy & me). Today I went in to Morries to meet someone I talked to last week... who was unavoidably detained. I said that I would wait. Surely my dour expression was scaring other customers away as they approached the front desk. Jake stepped up, offered to go to my car and go through the whole problem. It still didn't work. He then suggested that we try out my phone in his personal Focus. He paired my phone to the Sync in his car are it worked perfectly!!! My car goes in yon Thursday again... this time to check out the Sync. Perhaps I will no longer have to hand dial my phone with my hands-free system!!! Thank you Jake!! We plan on buying an Explorer by the end of the year. Jake will be our choice of salesmen! More

When I was going in to test drive the car he was unavailable to help me so he had Jake work with me. Jake was very helpful with the purchase. The value they gave me for my trade was a fair offer. I called in advance to check on the promotion and was assured that it was the case. When I arrived I began to work with a sales rep who again showed me the Ad online and the vehicle that it pertained to which was on the show floor. He couldn't continue to work with us due to another customer, so he asked another sales rep to help us. Again we were assured that yes, in fact we could lease the vehicle for $ 299.00/month with a penny down. We had a trade that we wanted evaluated, so while we test drove, our trade was valued. When we returned, we waited over 35 minutes for finance to finishing working on our numbers. When Richard the Sales Manager came over, he opened the conversation by saying that the website Ad was wrong and that in fact we would have to be in the mid-$400.00 range to get the vehicle with no money down. Morries "Buy Happy Promise" is a joke. As of this time March 11, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. the ad is still up. More
