Morrie's Minnetonka Ford Lincoln is one of the worst businesses that I have ever encountered. Their service department is an absolute disaster, their service manager Jim Misjak is unresponsive and their general manager John Aretz cares more about profits than he cares about treating his customers fairly. His knowledge of Ford vehicles is second to none and his laid back, no pressure sales style was top notch. I could write a novel on my experience but I will just say that Curtis went the extra mile to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Everything seemed to check ou My husband and I purchased a 6-year old Toyota Tacoma pick up truck from Jake Braun at Morries Ford in Wayzata, MN. Everything seemed to check out okay during the test drive, but when we brought it home and put it in reverse, we noticed that something was squeaking. We took it back to the dealership, and they repaired a broken drive shaft that would have cost us about $600. We got it back but felt a little uneasy about rust underneath the truck. Because we were still within the "7-day Buy Happy" guarantee, we asked Jake if he would still let us return it. He said with a smile, "No problem." We appreciated his professional manner. He did not give us a hard time or make us feel bad about returning the truck. Typically, we purchase used vehicles from private owners. However, after this dealership repairing the truck and still taking it back, we felt grateful that we went through this dealership. Thank you, Jake Braun at Morries Ford in Wayzata. My final straw was when they removed a trim piece, didnt fix it and didn't put it back on. When I went to pick up my car and I pointed out it was missing, I got the same " I don't believe you" and then they proceeded to tell me I needed to call the service manager the next day to see "if" he could help me! What? They lost it! Ugh... Typical of the overall service I have recieved over the last year. I would NOT recommend buying a car here. More

We were immediately greeted and found a salesperson, Chris, who was very knowledgable about all the cars we tested with him (Expedition, Explorer and Flex). We had been to a couple of dealerships where the salespeople knew less about the cars than we did! We decided on a Flex. They found a car with the options we wanted in another state and offered us a fair deal. Less than a week later, the car arrived at the dealership. We then worked with Curtis who PATIENTLY walked us through every detail of the car including explaining the very extensive My Ford Touch system. We never felt rushed-Curtis made every effort to ensure we understood everything about the car. He encouraged us to call him with any questions should they arise. Curtis also introduced us to the gentlemen in the service center-Jason explained processes for car washes, oil changes and any other service needs-very friendly and informative. Justin helped us with the financing-again, very friendly and efficient-made the process very painless! Overall the car buying experience was a positive one and we would definitly recommend the dealership and Curtis. More

While waiting for my oil change on my older Escape I was walking through the showroom because I had been thinking about possibly getting a newer one. After two other sales people walked right by me here came Curtis. His energy and personality is amazing and you can really tell he is passionate about what he does. He made sure I new everything about my new Escape and how to work all the cool gadgets. He has followed up after as well to see how I am liking my new car. He is fabulous! More

I have used Morrie's once before, and went back again the second time when I realized I needed a bigger vehicle. Go see Curtis Hughes, he's awesome, really works to take care of.his customers complete buying experience. Morrie's overall is an amazing dealership, from the Buy Happy perks (Free oil changes and car washs) to their finance team and their service folks. More
A Happy Morrie's Customer! I had a great experience purchasing my 2014 Ford Focus from Morrie's Minnetonka Ford Lincoln. My car broke down and would of cost quite a bit of money I had a great experience purchasing my 2014 Ford Focus from Morrie's Minnetonka Ford Lincoln. My car broke down and would of cost quite a bit of money to fix. I figure before sinking the money into my old car to just drop it on a down payment for a new one! I found what I wanted to get in to online and contacted Morrie's right away. I was connected with Matt Morettini. I told him my situation, what I wanted and what I could afford. I met with Matt just a couple days later and he had a couple options for me. Matt listened to what I needed and helped me find the perfect match. My Ford Focus :) Matt was really easy to talk to and get along with. I also dealt with Ryan Lynse and Justin Sederski when it came down to signing the papers. Everyone at Morrie's Minnetonka Ford Lincoln was very helpful and it was a pleasure purchasing my car. More
