Anytime I would call or had questions, he was always there to answer them. Every time I went in for a test drive it was very busy, but Dan would always greet me with a smile right away even when he was with three or four people; I didn't get that with other dealerships. Anytime I would walk in at least three or four people would greet me with a big smile and make conversation. We were looking at 4 other cars...one actually was a tie with the Escape...but we did not like the dealership and it's practices...I call it xxxxxx math - ten rings to pick up the phone and then hung up on me when she tried to transfer me to the sales person!! All were very professional at Morries and helpful! Lance even helped when Fred was out for the day...Fred did pick up his cell phone every time I called as well!!
