Curtis was wonderful to work with. My husband and I went to the dealership for an oil change and we both left, leasing new vehicles! I couldn't be happier! Curtis made the car buying/leasing process so easy and stress free. Curtis spent basically an entire Saturday working with us and making us feel super comfortable with everything. He was very informative and never made us feel like we were second rate. Even when there were other customers of his, he always made us feel the most important. I really enjoyed that about him. Curtis not only just chatted about the vehicles we were interested in, he also got to know us and what we do and we connected on a personal level as well. I truly loved that. A lot of dealers just want you to drive the car and then sign the papers and then be done. NOT Curtis! He makes that extra effort in making you feel comfortable, welcomed and stress free during the whole process. Before we even leased our vehicles, he showed us all the gadgets of the new vehicles and what they can do. Just by taking that extra time before we even signed the papers means a lot. He then of course walked us through everything again once we got our keys. (which took about 3 extra hours of his time) Both days that we worked with Curtis he went above and beyond what I ever expected from a Dealer. He stayed after closing both days for a total of 4 hours! AMAZING Customer Service! I look forward to working with him again very soon when our lease is up! :) Thank you Curtis for being so awesome! A shout out to Justin as well. He walked us through the paperwork with such ease! Yes we had to sign a bunch of papers, but he was so organized and informative with our many many questions. :) Thank you Justin for adding to our already wonderful experience at Morrie's! More

John and Jim always take the time to explain and make sure I'm leaving the dealership having a positive experience. I love these Guys!!!! More

I have purchased 3 new cars in the last 10 years. I am very impressed with the service department and its employees. Jim Misjak (service director) is by far the best! I watch him interact with customers very impressed with the service department and its employees. Jim Misjak (service director) is by far the best! I watch him interact with customers and employees and I am amazed on how he conducts himself. When I have dealings with him or others in the service department it is always top notch. Jim is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and approachable. He cares for his customers and I really appreciate that as a loyal Morries customer. When ever I have a serious car issue or as simple as an oil change the work is taken care of and with a smile from all employees of the service dept. I have dealt with Jim for a few years now and he is a true professional at all times. I appreciate what he does for me and I would recommend their service department to anyone. Thank you, Chuck More

Curtis was very helpful and informative. He spent a lot of time going over the car"s features before our test drive. Once we purchased the car he helped us program everything in the car. Bought a 2012 ford fusion from here three months ago. We brought the car in for service a week ago and the service tech "forgot" to put an oil filter on the car. This caused the car to drain its engine oil brought the car in for service a week ago and the service tech "forgot" to put an oil filter on the car. This caused the car to drain its engine oil and seized the engine on the interstate last Sunday, stranding us for three hours waiting for a tow truck. This has totaled the engine and after contacting the dealer they said they would replace with a used engine or CHARGE US for a new one. This is beyond unacceptable and I will be in contact with Ford corporate. More
