My wife and I found a couple Ford Fusions online at Morrie's Minnetonka over the summer, so we set an appointement for a test drive. My wife and I decided that we weren't ready to buy at that time and Dave respected our decision. Dave followed up with us a couple times and it was nice to hear from him. Again, he they were never uncomfortable phone calls, he just checked in to see if we were still interested in one of the cars we had looked at. Even though we did not buy a car at that time we knew that our next car would be from Dave at Morrie's Minnetonka. A few months went by, and we found a beautiful 2009 Ford Fusion SE with exactly the features we were looking for at a great price on Morrie's website, so we called up Dave Sowers, and scheduled a test drive. It was his day off, but he came in anyway and we purchased the car that evening. We have been very pleased with the quality of the used cars that we looked at and especially the one we purchased and will buy future vehicles from Dave and at Morrie's Minnetonka. Unfortunately, Morrie's had nothing on their lots with those specs...BUT, within hours, Kevin was able to locate the ex interested in and the specs. I went to Morries Ford to look at a used Ford Freestyle that I had found on the Internet. From the first time I talked to Peter about this car, he was friendly, helpful and very honest. The used car manag that I had found on the Internet. From the first time I talked to Peter about this car, he was friendly, helpful and very honest. The used car manager Kevin was also very friendly and I felt very fair with my trade in allowance. But after only 10 days the transmission started to slip and the chek lite came on. I had a very sick feeling about this so I called Peter and he had me bring the Freestyle back and gave me a very nice loaner car to use for free. When I met with Greg in the service area again he was extremely friendly and said they would get to it asap. That afternoon Peter called me and without any hesitation said the really good news is we know that you really like this veichle and so we are going to put in a new Ford remanufactured transmission at NO CHARGE to you!!! I couldn't believe it, they took wonderful care of us and this starts at the top with the General manager John Aretz who had to approve this new transmission. I am a believer in Morries Ford and would recommend them to anyone!! They still care about their customers and take care of them. I definately will go back there for our next veichle. I knew my old van wasn't worth repairing and so the service department hooked me up with Fred. I couldn't be happier with the experience and the van (been driving it for over a month now).
