I bought HAPPY! From the moment Jody offered to grab the jump box to open the trunk of the Mazda 5, buying a new car transformed from a nightmare to a dream for me. It might have been more difficult for the team who had to deal with the first winter storm of the season, drive a different car than originally expected up from another dealership and address a major mistake on my part after the paperwork was signed. Staying within budget was key to making this a success and everyone respected that need. I am thrilled with the car and the dealership. More

Paperwork process was easy and fast Justin made the paperwork process for the deal on my car easy, fun, and fast. Overall he was just awesome and GREAT!!! Also Curt Bjorklund was just awesome, we bought our first vehicle with him a year and a half ago and decided to come back and work with him again for the second time and he managed to put me in a newer car than what i expected to leave with. Will never go back or recommend your dealership Bought a used 06 Ford Explorer, everything went well until I bought the truck. Signed the paperwork on a Fri. Put a $500 deposit on vehicle then Expl Bought a used 06 Ford Explorer, everything went well until I bought the truck. Signed the paperwork on a Fri. Put a $500 deposit on vehicle then Explicitly told them I was transferring funds and it would take a few days for the funds to clear for a certified check that they required to have. Then with Veteran s day on Tue. everything was postponed. Then on Thursday was called and told if I didn't bring in the check for the vehicle that day, they were going put it back on the lot for sale. Saying their were other interested parties. Now why would they show a truck that was already sold. And no time frame was stipulated for the purchase. So in summary I will never use your dealership and will give nothing but bad reviews to anyone looking to buy a vehicle from morries. More

He was not pushy at all, he explained all the details of 2 different cars that I was looking at and then we made a pros and cons list of a used car vs. a new car. He is very down to earth, took the time to really get to know me and what I was looking for and listened to my concerns. Overall I had a great non-stressful experience. More

He helped me with everything (including RETURNING my first pu I bought a new CX-5 from Jordan a few months ago and was very happy with the experience. He helped me with everything (including RETURNING my first purchase- hence the average reviews overall. No worries- everything is perfect with the vehicle I ended up with and I appreciated the Buy Happy return policy) from start to finish. I really loved his genuineness and his generosity with time- he is almost the opposite of a "car salesman" which makes him a perfect car salesman in my opinion! He knows his stuff, checks in when needed and backs off when you need some space to decide. More

Mike is a car guy's dealer! Mike helped with my previous Mazda lease 6 years ago, and my purchase 3 years ago, so it was an absolute necessity to go see him again about another Mike helped with my previous Mazda lease 6 years ago, and my purchase 3 years ago, so it was an absolute necessity to go see him again about another Mazda. After all, I have purchased, leased, and driven 3 Infiniti FX35s, a Mazda CX9 (that I still own at my home in AZ), a Ford Edge Sport, and a host of other "winter driver" SUVs, including Acura MDX, Ford Excursion, Lincoln Navigator, and a few Suburbans. Price was less of a concern than getting the right "next" vehicle, but when Mike had me test drive a 2014 CX9 to compare with my 2008 CX9, PLUS came up with the best price, I was sold. Again. And, he even found me a red CX9, since that seems to be my color! While I was waiting we looked at a few Ferraris, and he arranged a test drive of one of those too! Minimal hassle, minimal waiting, excellent staff, and an unbeatable experience overall. My new car is great also; my wife loves it! More
