It took over three hours to pick up my new BRZ. They did a credit check even though they knew I was paying cash. And Morries keep wanting to raise the price of my car even though we had a signed agreement. After I complained about them wanting to rase the price, they finally relented and went with the agreed to price. My total experience at Morries was very disappointing. It should not take 3 hours to complete the purchase even after we had a purchase agreement. More
I felt the salesman was not forthcoming in expectations and promises made and misled in my purchase of a pre-owned vehicle by the salesman. Clean, professional atmosphere with friendly people. Biggest issue was the timeline to process my paperwork for a cash transaction.
