Sam Siriani was the best dealer I've ever worked with. Kind, listened, didn't push, advocated for us. 10/10 Kind, listened, didn't push, advocated for us. 10/10 More

Things have changed. My last two purchases from Morrie's were fantastic experiences, so when I needed a new car I returned to Morrie's. Something has gone majorly wrong s My last two purchases from Morrie's were fantastic experiences, so when I needed a new car I returned to Morrie's. Something has gone majorly wrong since my last purchase. The only positive was the sales rep who actually respected me and what I was interested in. The lowlights: Financing: I was originally with one rep, then got switched to a new one halfway through the process. I should have recognized this as a bad omen. Lowlights of this rep: - Was new and did not know the dealership systems well, which resulted in the financing process alone taking four hours. - Repeatedly called me "sweetie" and "baby" in a patronizing way. - Swore and yelled at the printer when it wasn't working correctly - Did not accept my dozens of "no's" to any up charges until I had to be quite blunt about it. - When I would not pay for up charges, aka give her a commission, she became quite agiated told me I was making a mistake due to my age and inexperience (I nearly walked out at this point). If someone gave a lesson on how NOT to treat a customer who is about to cut you a check for tens of thousands of dollars, they would use my experience as a case study. Post-purchase: I finally get through financing, leave with my car, and believe the nightmare is over. Nope. A week later I get a call from the original finance rep asking why I haven't submitted some paperwork the dealership needs. My answer: Probably because multiple people told me the dealership had everything it needed in order and I was good to go. But fine, I drive the hour back over to the dealership to submit the paperwork. Then, three weeks later I get an email from a manager stating there is even more information the dealership did not properly collect that they need in order to file paperwork. Has anyone at this dealership actually sold a car before to know what they need to collect the day of? Just a disaster all around. Privacy: In your contract, you must agree to sell your information to third parties. There is no way to opt out while purchasing. I am not getting tons of spam mail and phone calls from insurance companies, warranty sellers, etc. Phone calls: Now I am getting phone calls left and right from the dealership asking me to rate my experience, tell them how the car is driving, etc. At this point I never want to hear from this dealership again. I certainly will not be returning for my next purchase and have stopped recommended them to friends. More

They gave me their best price right from the start so they earned my business. Beth didn't play games, was easy to work with, responsive, and efficient. they earned my business. Beth didn't play games, was easy to work with, responsive, and efficient. More
I had a scheduled appointment with the Finance Director and was left waiting for over an hour past the agreed-upon time. What made the situation especially frustrating was that when he finally arrived, the and was left waiting for over an hour past the agreed-upon time. What made the situation especially frustrating was that when he finally arrived, there was no apology, acknowledgment, or explanation for the delay. As a customer, I understand that unexpected issues can arise, and I would have been understanding if someone had simply communicated the delay or offered a sincere apology. Customer service is about respect, communication, and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience reflected none of those qualities. I hope the dealership takes customer concerns more seriously in the future and trains its leadership team to handle feedback professionally. I cannot recommend this dealership based on the way I was treated. More
