She provided options and if those options flew out the door she looked for more options! The 2020s were coming in so the 2019s were very limited and I am happy to say we were able to snag one due to her help! She came in on her day off to help us close the deal on the car and we were able to get an amazing interest rate. She stuck around till we were done with the financing and showed us lots of things and even got android auto working for us (which was very important to have working for my husband). She definitely went above and beyond for us and I really appreciated that. More

Not a happy buying experience Overall, I was very disappointed with the car buying experience at Morrie's. We found our vehicle on Car Guru and was lead to your dealership. Chris w Overall, I was very disappointed with the car buying experience at Morrie's. We found our vehicle on Car Guru and was lead to your dealership. Chris was very responsive to the web request and called first thing in the morning. We set up a time to come see the vehicle (between 5-5:30) that evening. We arrived at that scheduled time and the vehicle was out on a test drive so we had to wait. Maybe that's just the way the car business works but it would have been nice to have the car ready, especially because we had completed the financing for the vehicle though the dealership. I also had a really difficult time contacting staff. We were working with Kristin and I left 2 messages with no returned call. She did pass on our info to another finance person so we were able to complete that part of the process before coming, however I had questions that I wanted answers too prior to going to the dealership. We made arrangements to pick up the vehicle the following day around the lunch hour after it was detailed and we brought in a cashier check for the down payment. I tried calling numerous times to see if the vehicle was ready and was never able to speak to anyone. It seemed to me the phones were down because the calls would never go through. One time I was able to leave a message and my call was never returned. I did not try and call Chris because I knew he wasn't going to be in until 12:00 and I was simply calling to see if the car was ready. The vehicle was not clean when we picked it up the following day. Chris offered to have it recleaned but I needed to get back to work. He spoke to a Manger and offered for me to bring the vehicle back another time. We do not live close to the dealership and they didn't do a good job the first time so I have little confidence that it will be worth the drive. This was the first time we bought from Morrie's and I was disappointed that Morrie's doesn't offer what other dealerships do (free car was, money off gallons of gas, gift cards etc). If it wasn't for the excellent price of the vehicle we would not have gone though Morrie's. I will not be recommending Morrie's to others. More

Great until final follow through was rough Test driving, answering questions and talking through the process all went well. Follow through at final payment was very poor. I left the dealership with only 1 key, STARLINK was not setup, and I had to repeatedly ask about completing the “We owe” list on the vehicle. Focus on follow through. Last impressions are as important as fist impressions. More
