We discussed what I was looking for and took a nice test drive, including a stop at my house to take my wife for a short ride. I got to take the streets I wanted! Back at the dealership, I got a fair offer on my trade-in, made a 10% down payment and came back after cleaning out the trade in and getting the old title. While I didn't take the extended warranty, the process was relaxed, no-pressure and they accommodated my needs and not vice-versa. A nice change from previous buying experiences. Did I mention that Nicole was great to work with? I'd ask for her if you are looking to buy a car without all the crap that most car buying experiences are known for.
