I found the website www.morries.com a useful resource for narrowing down our choices. Each car for sale has the price and all info revealed. No smoke and mirrors, just the bottom line. We picked out a 2007 50th Anniversary Edition Toyota Camry Hybrid and immediately called to set-up a test drive the same day! We arrived three hours later, was greeted by the very pleasant sales manager and met Hani in person. The car looked exactly as it did on the site. The test drive experience was pleasant. There was not a hint of 'salesperson-kind-of-talk'. We looked into how competitive their rates are for financing and they came in at .25% lower than the credit union we inquired at beforehand. Mr. Cobb took care of the financing and made sure we got the lowest rate possible for the term we have chosen. Their promise, "Buy Happy." is true to the core. I hope this review will help others who are looking for an easy and comfortable way to buy a new or used car. More
Joe was the perfect balance of friendly, informative, and professional. I'm very leery of sleazy, condescending sales guys, so I was relieved that Joe didn't fit that profile at all! This is my first Subaru purchase. Hani and Nik were both great to work with. Both took time to test drive with me (I had to return after a snow fall to check out the capabilities of AWD in the fresh snow) a great to work with. The process was very efficient yet thoughtfully explained. I've received great follow up post-sale from Hani in order to orchestrate the accessory installation and in general to see how I like the vehicle. If trading a vehicle in I suggest doing research and to have knowledge of the value of the trade. I found this helped me to negotiate a fair deal on my trade. The price of the new car is set and had a nice discount applied. I purchased an Impreza Outback Sport MT. It is an AMAZING car! My previous car had difficulties in the snow and this one has none. Even parked on an upwards incline the car will just go and climb the snowy hill! It is a great balance of comfort, handling (sporty) and versatility. Well done Subaru! More

I was very impressed with the customer service, Sam took me all the way from just looking and the test drive to purchasing a new (used car) that I am very happy with. Scott did not give a high pressure sales attitude. The car sold itself. My biggest concern with a new car was it's ability in snow.
