Zeck Purchase Experience I recently purchased a new 2017 F250SD Lariat at Zeck Ford. As an experienced car buyer, initially I requested to speak directly with a Sales Manager I recently purchased a new 2017 F250SD Lariat at Zeck Ford. As an experienced car buyer, initially I requested to speak directly with a Sales Manager upon arrival. The receptionist looked a little confused and indicated that she would get a Salesperson to assist me, not what I requested. Once I got through the receptionist and proceeded to the lot, I was able to call the dealership from the lot and speak to a Manager. After speaking with a couple of different folks, where I was able to explain what I wanted to do, and everything was agreed upon, I was introduced to my Salesperson, Gavin. I was called away for work, where I had to leave our first meeting and was contacted the next day by Gavin. Gavin was very upfront and very responsive to my questions via email, text and over the phone. He worked for me to get all of my concerns and questions answered. Once we came to an agreement on the numbers, I was able to go online and complete an application which helped get the process started. Upon arrival at the dealership with my wife, the dealership was extremely busy, and so was Gavin. I expected to have a lot of the preliminary paperwork ready, to expedite the process. I do realize that the dealership was busy and customers have to be met, but when your salesperson asks for you to come in to finish the deal and enough lead time was given, I thought that the close process would have gone much quicker. Fortunately between Ryan and Jace's help, the deal was completed after about 3 hours. Other than the time it took, I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Extremely friendly staff, with a very honest approach to Sales! I would however recommend that they clean up the back end close process with customers who take the time to apply online and provide credit approval over the phone. With those things completed ahead of time, one would expect to come in and most of this to be done to expedite the buying process. Again as a very experienced buyer, I was able to shop Zeck's prices. They are obviously a volume based dealership as they were very aggressive with their prices compared to other dealerships. Gavin, Jace and Ryan were great to work with! We really love our new truck!
