I had initially corresponded with Nicole who was great at making sure I knew everything about the car beforehand. They thoroughly went over the entire history of the car and disclose any work that they have done to make the car ready to sell as well as the car fax report without even asking for it. I drove 2 and half hours to buy from them and would gladly do it again in the future. Fantastic service through the entire process. On a side note I also got to meet Nino Williams which as a K-State guy was the personal highlight of my day! More

Excellent Car Buying Experience My overall total experience with Zeck Ford was great. I first started looking on line because I’m an impatient person. Then I call in and got the op My overall total experience with Zeck Ford was great. I first started looking on line because I’m an impatient person. Then I call in and got the opportunity to speak with Nicole Wolter. I asked if she could send me some Fusions to look at and she sent me 15-18 cars in my price range right away. I loved this service from the start. I didn’t have to deal with people right off the bat while I made my selections. A plus for sure. At the same time, I was dealing with 2 other Ford dealerships and asked them to send me Ford fusions and they just sent me only 2-3 in my price range. Nicole Wolter and I set up a time for me to come in and speak with Chris Worthing. Another plus, I didn’t have to go and stand in the dealership and look lost or get bombarded by several salespeople. I changed my meet time once and Nicole Wolter said no problem let’s get set up with another time and we will see you then. Chris Worthing stepped up and made me feel comfortable right off the bat. He was professional, attention to detail and outstanding with customer service. He jumped right in and started showing me the cars I selected. I ended up getting a car hot off the delivery truck. Super plus. They still had to in process it through their system. Chris Worthing jumped through hoops to get the deal on the first day I visited the dealership. I told him what I wanted the do and he made it happen. I wanted to come in look, sign and come back only to pick up my vehicle and keys. Chris Worthing then moved me to the paper sign. You know this can be a hassle sometimes, they always push the extra products (maintenance, gap, etc.). I went in pretty firm about not signing any extra stuff and I didn’t have any problems. Jeremiah Bland pushed a little but he was just doing his job. He was very professional and courteous. I signed the paperwork with ease. Another plus. I came back out with paperwork in hand and shook Chris Worthings hand and I was out the door heading back home. I drove about 25 miles to get their great service. A successful job completed with Zeck Ford. I would and did recommend Zeck Ford to friends. More

This was entirely due to our sales person, Grant Maiava. He is outgoing, very personable, extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and came across as completely honest and trustworthy. I truly appreciated the lack of the usual "pressure to purchase" approach, and the forthcoming, honest discussion about the vehicle. I would not hesitate a second to recommend this dealership, particularly Grant Maiava, on our friends and family. Our next vehicle purchase will definitely be made at Zeck Ford. More

Lied to and deceived, No Zeck savings. The sales people obviously know what they are doing, They sold me a new vehicle for $10000 over what it was advertised on the internet. I didn't catch the paperwork until I got home, and had time to sit and look at it. They said one thing but wrote down another, increased my payments and the $41000 went to $51000. I thought if I called and pointed this out and expressed my concerns with the dealer we could work it out. Nope, I signed and we were done. I expressed a desire to work this out and offered to buy the truck I was looking at for trade in and cash. I was told that truck was sold and I could not get out of the deal. I was lied to because the truck wasn't sold and is still fro sale weeks later. (Nothing but a Lye) The best they could do was offer me a free spray in bed liner. A $500 value at my cost probably 1/2 that to Zeck. I wasn't allowed to use my local finance company, but didn't use Ford because it was to high. Apparently not using Ford financing cost me $10000 in rebates. When I completed the follow up evaluation on the internet I immediately got a phone call from Zeck in disbelief that I was unhappy. She had spoke with the salesman and his side kick Jas, (who I was told was a general manager, but I think he is just a sales consultant) they thought I was perfectly happy being lied to and cheated. They told her they gave me $2000 more for my trade, which is another lye. What makes it worse is I went in and relied on a salesman I've personally known for over 30 years, I trusted the local hometown dealer and I learned a hard lesson in life. It will never happen again, I'll go back to out of town dealers. If anyone asks me I'll tell them to go anywhere else.
