Unprofessional staff, no courtesy or manners, no "good morning", instead will offer you a seat by the garbage can and a discount bottle of water while you wait for the representative to show up late to your appointment. Salesperson called excessively; brow beating me to bring in the car and then when I come in after making an appointment he can't remember speaking with me. Completely, unfamiliar with luxury vehicle options and equipment, didn't even have the correct paperwork for the car from Blue Book. It's unfortunate they choose to do business with this company. Not one visible female salesperson, all male, texting on their phones, playing games on their computers or standing around complaining about having to be there to their coworkers. If you what a fair trade for your car, with competent staff, don't go here! More
