Cliff made sure the vehicle was ready to test drive, explained all the features of the car. When sitting down and talking about buying the car, he made sure to answer any and ALL questions (I had a lot of questions). He kept in mind what I was looking for, my price range, and really made me feel like he cared about me as his customer. Easy and Painfree! Due to a move to the UK, I had decided to sell my 2015 Chevy Silverado (It is too much vehicle for the small roads of Europe). I was concerned that I would not be able to get what I owed on the truck let alone what it was worth. I went to Kelly Blue Book to check the value and applied for the guaranteed cash offer for my vehicle. This led me to Mike Amaral @ Zeck Ford in Leavenworth, KS. Mike was quick to get in contact with me to see what my expectations were and getting the specifics of my interest(sell or trade-in). He was patient with my circumstances since I was in the UK and was making arrangements before my trip home. Once I showed up I was greeted right away by a wonderful lady and a cold bottle of water, despite the fact that they were clearly very busy. Mike and one of his partners then evaluated and valued my truck. I had missed some of the details which gave a lower value than I had originally been offered but they chose to stick to the original value and offer, since it is such a beautiful truck ; ). At this point I told them I had to keep the truck for another ten days to the completion of my holiday. Since this was an abnormal request they worked out a fair mileage with me that, if I stayed within, they would honor their offer. When I returned I had gone over the mileage by 300 miles. After a quick test drive and review, Mike was quick to stick to the original offer. We finished out the paper work, where Mike clearly answered any questions that I had. I had accidentally brought parts from home that were supposed to be originals for the truck but turned out to be for an old motorcycle of mine. Mike was kind enough to mail the parts back to some family of mine along with the plates, on his own dime. Mike and the team at Zeck Ford were a pleasure to work with and made the sad process of selling my wonderful truck very easy and not so painful. Thank you Mike and Zeck Ford! More

Fran's The Man!!! I came to Zeck based on recommendations from friends that had also gone through Zeck (and Fran specifically) to purchase a vehicle. Given that I'm a younger buyer, I was nervous that I would be taken advantage of by a sales person. Past experiences didn't help with my mindset going into the dealership. I absolutely had to leave with a car that day because my trade in wasn't making it back home. My expectations for that day were completely flipped once I met Fran and started talking about my situation. I brought a family member (plus a baby) with me for moral support through the process and Fran was very welcoming of them attending. Even with a crying child! The process of buying the car itself was made simple thanks to Fran. Given that he is a fellow car enthusiast, it made everything easier. I work in sales/customer service myself and Fran gave excellent support throughout. I didn't even feel like I was talking to someone who would be selling me a car, rather a friend and someone who truly wanted to help me. I originally was looking at a used car, but he found a better deal buying a brand new vehicle (even though I was nervous about purchasing brand new). I will continue to recommend Zeck Ford and Fran to all of my peers who are looking to buy a car! More

Pricing was good, after purchase care was decent. Overall im happy with the car. Hunter did a great job id recommend working with him. Slightly disappointed with the care after the purchase. I noticed a part that was cracked/ broken and discolored on a 2015 with 22k miles and they wouldn't take care of the $50 part for me. To be fair they are helping me out with a few other missing parts (license plate mount and arm rest tray). More
