Sarah Martens on the internet side of things was friendly and eager to answer any of my questions. She was great about keeping me updated through the approval process. I dealt with Steve Courter when I arrived to pick up my car. He went with me on a test drive to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and then took time to explain how to operate the My Ford Touch features. Two friendly people willing to help in any way possible makes a big difference and the price of the vehicle was spot on with blue book value. I got a great price on a great set of wheels and would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Great experience all around Car shopping is probably one of my least favorite activites. Right up there with getting a root canal. My friend suggested I try Zeck Ford and mentioned that they have great prices and low BS. I scheduled an appointment (this is a MUST as this place is busier than grand central.) Anyway, from the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. There was top 40 playing on the radio and everyone was wearing t-shirts and having a good time. My parents and I worked with Clint. From the beginning he stressed that they do not try to bs you. There was full disclosure, and I loved it. My parents have bought many cars and were really impressed by the way they do business. My dad said he would greatly consider driving from St. Louis to buy thier next car from Zeck. They dont negotiate (which I actually like) but keep thier prices fair and low to begin with. Great service and good people. More

This is what car buying should be like! I had dealt with another dealership and it left me not even wanting to buy a car (JWA). This was my first timing buying (through a dealership and with I had dealt with another dealership and it left me not even wanting to buy a car (JWA). This was my first timing buying (through a dealership and with a loan). Eddie (Luster) is who helped me and as he stated from the beginning, "I will be very transparent, anything you want to know- ask." I appreciated that because most aren't. Everyone was very welcoming and kind. I did my homework beforehand and they on average are $1000-1500 less than others. If you find a vehicle that meets your needs AND wants I recommend Zeck. This truly is how car buying should be! More
