He explained things throughly and made me feel comfortable as I asked many (probably too many) questions. He was able to get my payments to where they needed to be for me to drive away in my Jeep Wrangler. He was always willing to go the extra mile about the littlest things...asking if I would like water, keeping me in the loop of how much longer for things, and he did this all with a smile. You can tell he really enjoys working at Zeck Ford. So if you are tired of the old school car dealships, it's worth the drive to Zeck Ford to find your next vehicle purchase! Once papers were signed and keys handed over he was still giving me his full attention and making sure everything was okay, and it was. I was very happy with the car I left with. The true measure of his character came when my wife was hospitalized and Grant asked me if he could send my wife flowers, and he did. A real stand up guy. Someone that treats you like a person and not a customer. In short, if I was ever going to reccomend a dealership it would be Zeck Ford and it's fantastic staff.
