I would have given 5 stars but except when I sat down with the finance guy. I felt like I was back at every other dealership. High pressure and would listen when I said I didn't want their extended warranties and gap insurance. More

Salesman by the name of Hunter (and Gavin) We have (had) been looking at a newer car purchase since last year. Ultimately with great discipline we held off waiting for an exact match. Gavin was very patient, professional and respectful. Now, fast forward to this year. Since Gavin was away on vacation he got Hunter Martin to work with us (when we contacted him). Hunter was EXCELLENT. Great in-fact. Hunter always responded to our texts and questions. He worked equally as hard (even during a very busy day) to provide us w/the various cars that we were interested in and that would work for our budget. He was kind, patient and professional, giving superb advice. He did very, very well. Needless to say - we bought our new (pre-owned) vehicle. Awesome. 2nd vehicle purchased at Zeck Ford for so many reasons. Prices & Salesmanship at the top. Note: We live a long long ways from Zeck Ford; however it has been well worth the travel. More

Worth the drive! So glad I made the decision to drive three hours from my home to purchase my "Back Lot Beauty". After making an inquiry late Friday night on Zeck So glad I made the decision to drive three hours from my home to purchase my "Back Lot Beauty". After making an inquiry late Friday night on Zeck Ford's website, Tyler promptly called me Saturday morning offering to answer any questions I may have. In addition, he offered to send me a detailed video of the 2009 Mercury Grand Marquis that I ultimately purchased. After speaking with him on the phone a couple of times on Saturday I made the decision to drive up Monday. I might add, he offered to have the car shipped to me for a modest $200 but I chose to drive up instead. At this point he put me in touch with Melissa, the sales person that worked with me once I came in to the dealership. No pressure, no rush, very pleasant to deal with. Answered all of my questions, some of them more than once. Tyler and Melissa both made my car buying experience a very good one. Wade, in the finance department was also very helpful. Even though the car I bought was an '09, he still tried to find a warranty plan that would cover my car for a few more years. Although I decided against it, he didn't pressure me to change my mind. I really appreciate that. All three of these people helped make my car buying experience at Zeck Ford a very good one. Thank you! More

I originally went in on a Saturday to view a car I had seen online. I left that day without the car because I needed some time to think about my decision, and within an hour I had called back to put money down on the car. I love that my decision was not forced, I was able to leave without feeling pressured, which was one of the reasons I called back so quickly to put a deposit down. The people and processes felt very genuine. They were extremely patient with me and my decision making. I have walked out of many dealerships annoyed and fed up but I did not feel that way at Zeck. If you want a hassle free car buying experience go to Zeck, you won't regret it. I am very happy with my purchase! More
