WORTH THE DRIVE I was recommended by a coworker to check out Zeck Ford. Although I found several cars on the website I was interested in, taking the hour trip there a I was recommended by a coworker to check out Zeck Ford. Although I found several cars on the website I was interested in, taking the hour trip there and back was not very appealing. Let me just say, we were both glad we did!!! Our first time experience with Zeck Ford was excellent! When we first arrived we liked how we were free to roam around and look at various cars without anyone bothering us. Then as soon as we walked in we had someone get us with a salesman right away. We met with Rick Mears and he was very easy to talk with and very informative. He let us know immediately how things worked and everything about the vehicles we were interested in. We didn't feel pressured into anything. We got to test drive them as long as we wanted to and we were not rushed into anything. Once I chose the vehicle I wanted (which was the one I originally wanted from the website), everything went very smooth and pretty quick from there. The finance manager was great too! I HIGHLY recommend going to Zeck Ford for your next vehicle and ask for Rick Mears to help you out! Zeck Ford and Rick Mears are DEFINITELY worth the drive!!! More

I saw the car in their on-line inventory, filled out my contact info, got a call back within 15 My wife and I worked with Melissa and she was great. Arrived around 4:30 to a packed dealership. there were a lot of people there and one of the employees said it was unusual for a Thursday afternoon. We waited for Melissa to finish up with another customer, then went out for a walk around and finally our test drive.Melissa was very thorough on all of the features on this Edge. We decided to buy the vehicle and Melissa tried to make it as painless as possible but due to the volume of customers we had to wait quite a while. Our finance guy, Chris, did an excellent job explaining our options and we got everything wrapped up and were driving home, with the vehicle, by 9. While that may seem a little long the deal was worth the wait. Great price, extremely nice staff and happy customers. We would recommend Zeck to anyone looking for a good price, on a quality vehicle and great customer service. More
