When we explained our situation to them they tried to help us find a reasonable solution without allot of high pressure. They thought they did not have a car in our price range but the sales professional and manager took the extra effort to check the recent trade-ins. They did find a very clean trade-in that saved us allot of money. The environment was casual and low key. The paperwork process took longer than expected but they were busy that day. The music in the sales area was a little annoying, we asked them to turn it down and they did. We are very happy with our purchase. More

I got the point quickly. Shawn was going to show me the car I wanted, but he was also sensitive to hear what was important to do some match making, if needed, based on the values and priorities I brought to the table. Shawn did an excellent job of explaining some of the features of history of the car. After we test drove the car, Shawn listened carefully to my feedback and proceeded to show me a nearly identical car that was an even better match for me than the car I came to see.
