Don't bother with any other Ford dealership I would DEFINITELY recommend Zeck Ford. Even though I have another Ford dealership 5 minutes away from me, I would still do the drive over there. Excellent Experience and Great Atmosphere My salesman - Darius Mathis, was excellent. The night before I sent an email to the online sales of Zeck Ford and Darius contacted me the next morning My salesman - Darius Mathis, was excellent. The night before I sent an email to the online sales of Zeck Ford and Darius contacted me the next morning. He offered to come out and pick me up (40min drive) and even promised he wouldn't leave me stranded if I decided not to purchase the vehicle I had in mind. He not only picked me up but drove the vehicle I wanted so I had an extended test drive back to the dealership. This was thoughtful and aided my decision in buying the vehicle since it was a longer test drive. Once at the dealership, he was quick, courteous, and knowledgeable. The place has an upbeat vibe which helps to reduce the stress that comes with buying a vehicle. The manager even came out to introduce himself and to let me know he's around as well if I needed anything whatsoever. Now the GREAT part: I came preapproved from my bank, however, with the help of Darius and the dealership, they got be in the vehicle with a lower monthly payment AND lower APR than my bank! Can't say how happy my experience was at Zeck Ford and my dealings with Darius. Excellent job guys. You have a new customer for life. More

I did get a general email from the dealership asking for information about my trade in with implication that I would be given a price range for my car. I sent back the information but did not receive any reply to that email. The dealership is well located, employees seem happy to work there, and eager to please and answer any questions. Everyone I worked with was a pleasure to deal with. There were some wait periods which made the whole process take a bit longer than I expected, but it was a Saturday and very busy. My time was spent primarily with Hunter Martin and I appreciate his attitude and recommend him to anyone looking for a good sales associate. More

Went over the top Best car buying experience ever. My salesman went out of his way to send multiple text messages and videos since I was buying from out of state. He then picked me up in my car early from the airport. No waiting at all. I was out of the dealership and on my way home in under an hour. They have great cars at great prices.
