Best car buying experience of all time I just want to start off by saying I had by far the best car buying experience with Rick Mears and Zeck Ford in Leavenworth, KS and let’s just say I h I just want to start off by saying I had by far the best car buying experience with Rick Mears and Zeck Ford in Leavenworth, KS and let’s just say I have made my share of car purchases in the last 20+ years. I was wanting a newer car and had been procrastinating more because I have never really liked the process of shopping for cars and from prior experience dealing with “pushy car salespeople”. My brother, who knew how I was suggested I go see Rick at Zeck Ford. It was so nice, I felt comfortable and was easy to say exactly what I was looking for. Rick showed me the car that I was thinking had everything I wanted. It was great I test drove it and of course fell in love with it but again felt I wanted my brother’s input so wanted to wait. Rick asked if I wanted to keep it for the weekend so I could drive it more and get a better feel for the car. That was the first time ever have had that option and this time it helped me to realize this car was what I was looking for. I looked at the car on Saturday and went to finalize the purchase on Monday. It was a great experience and none of the haggling prices, here you know the price up front … but also to add they are great at pricing. Why waste time at other dealers who mark prices up for you to spend time with the back and forth? It was wonderful them giving me every possible information about what I was buying and also no pushiness of do you want this or that extras. I am hoping to drive my new car for a very long time but I know when it comes time again for another vehicle I will definitely be going back to Zeck Ford and want to work with Rick Mears! Again, I can’t say it enough Rick is the best car salesman I have EVER worked with! If you need a new or newer vehicle I highly recommend you go there!! Even if it is not super close, I live about an hour away in Missouri… but DEFINITELY worth the drive! ? More

Nicole and Darius double teamed us and wrapped up the sale in a few hours. Nicole was TREMENDOUS with her patience and explaining things as many times as we needed. The finance guys were great and got us the competitive rate we needed. I would recommend Zeck and their 'one price' approach in a heartbeat. More

Very low pressure and easy decision I found identical models of the same car at several other dealers and shopped the Kansas City market for a good while and no one could beat Zeck Fords I found identical models of the same car at several other dealers and shopped the Kansas City market for a good while and no one could beat Zeck Fords price or service. After test driving I left for another test drive appointment across town and ended up turning around. Melissa Thomas was Awesome!! We found this used Ford Edge online. Contacted Zeck ford, first talk with Shawn who is in charge of Internet sales. We went to test drive the Edge Sport, when we arrived Shawn had turned us over to Mellisa Thomas. Melissa was very pleasant,helpful and did not pressure us into anything,which was very much appreciated. We drove the used Edge Sport then wanted to compare to the EDGE titanium. Melissa found one for us to drive so we could compare the two different rides. The price was great on the sport, they did a car fax report. We wanted to think about the vehicle before making decision . Melissa and Shawn both emailed us maintenance report since it was first built so we would have full disclosure.. After some thought we decided this vehicle was not for us. With all of that being said I would HIghly recommend Mellissa Thomas and Zeck ford for my future purchases. They were definitely a delight to work with. More

Its worth the drive After being frustrated with trying to buy a vehicle from my hometown dealer in Topeka, I ran across an internet deal from Zeck Ford in Leavenworth , K After being frustrated with trying to buy a vehicle from my hometown dealer in Topeka, I ran across an internet deal from Zeck Ford in Leavenworth , Ks. While I didn't buy the vehicle I saw on the internet, I did find plenty of no hassle deals that Shawn was happy to show me. I'm not an easy buyer to get along with when parting with my hard earned money but Shawn and the entire staff at Zeck Ford were very patience and professional with me. Shawn found a 2016 Ford F-150 with some hail damage that I got a great deal on. Zeck Ford searches for deals like this to pass on to there customers. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used vechile to give them a shot ... its well worth your time and worth the drive to Leavenworth. More
