The online inventory made it easy for us to plan ahead and know what we wanted to test drive. It was also nice to know what they had in stock so we didn't waste time looking for something they didn't have. We tested out a few and decided on the winner. They worked with us on price since it ended up being a bit more than were wanting to pay. Luckily, they ended up giving us more than we had expected on our trade-in. The only down-side to our experience was the waiting. Waiting for the car to be pulled up, waiting for the price to be discussed with the manager, waiting for the paperwork to be signed, etc. Unfortunately, the waiting around tends to be part of every car buying experience so I can't really hold it against anyone! More

We went to see if anyone was actually still in the dealership to answer some quick questions. Sloan Cloke was still there and VERY willing to help us even though he was getting ready to leave for the evening. We couldn’t believe how attentive, helpful, friendly, no games going back and forth on the price, and far from being pushy! He reached out to us immediately the next day on his day off. We purchased the truck and took it home that night. Sloan took VERY good care of us. I wouldn’t go to any other dealership. I would highly recommend Sloan Cloke and Zeck Ford. More

First time buyer at Zeck This was my wife and I's first experience with Zeck Ford. The first time we went and visited this dealership we were a little overwhelmed by the flurry of activity, there were employees and customers everywhere! This was by far the busiest dealership that I have ever been to, but there is a reason for that. Everyone that we came in contact with at the dealership was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We had the pleasure of working with Isaiah Anaekwe and the sales manager Laura Beckley. The first weekend we went we did not find the vehicle that we were ultimately looking for. Isaiah took the time to ask us exactly what we were looking for and 4 days later contacted us to let us know that he found the vehicle we were looking for and at an amazing price. I would recommend friends and family to visit this dealership for their next purchase. The only downsides that I can think of is the time that it takes while at this dealership, I would have liked it to be a little more streamlined to get the customers in and out the door quicker. My other downside was the detail department seemed to not take their time with the vehicle. There was a lot of left over wax and swirl marks that were left on the vehicle when it was time to take it home, take some time and slow down, the customers would greatly appreciate it. We will be back for our next purchase tho! More

My sales person Daruis Mathis was a very yound man, but was the most helpful salesperson I've dealt with. Thought he was very young, he went beyond what a normal sales person would do to answer all my questions about the 2017 Ford elploer Platinum which I leased. The dealership is not the normal run of the mill type car store, just the experience only is quite pleasurable whether you by /lease a vehicle or not. The next time I lease another new car it will be from Zeck Ford. More
