Incredible Experience My wife and I were shopping for a used vehicle for our daughter who will soon be attending college. We had a specific budget and type of vehicle in mi My wife and I were shopping for a used vehicle for our daughter who will soon be attending college. We had a specific budget and type of vehicle in mind which kept us away from the "big dealerships." We shopped all over KC metro looking at all types of cars and trucks with little luck. While my daughter was out of state on vacation we wanted to surprise her when she came home so we decided to stop at Zeck Ford just to see if they had anything in our price range. I was a little apprehensive because they are a "big dealership" and I hate the drama of buying a car. WoW! I was blown away the moment we walked into the dealership. There were no stuffy guys in suits and ties with ruthless finance managers in the back. Everyone sales person was wearing shorts and t-shirts and cool music was playing. This was definitely not the typical "big dealership" but yet they have almost 1000 cars and trucks to choose from. To top it off, we met our salesman, Ryan Banks, and he immediately impressed us as being down to earth, genuine and honest. He was exceptionally helpful in so many ways. He suggested that a Ford Focus would meet our needs for our daughter and boy was he right. The price was amazing, the quality was super and the customer service was out of this world - so we purchased it straight away. Ryan even lent us a big red bow and we were able to surprise our daughter. She freaked out and lost her mind when she saw that beautiful focus sitting in the garage! Also, Cullen Lewman was the very best finance manager I have ever had in over 30 years of buying cars. I usually cringe when the sales process gets to the point of sitting down with the finance manager but he was just as laid back as Ryan but at the same time set us up for success with the perfect warranty for our Ford Focus which would put our mind to ease. Great job Cullen! In all sincerity to anyone reading this post - If you have had a bad experience at a "big dealership" in the past and now find yourself veering away from them as a general rule. Do yourself a big favor and stop in at Zeck Ford in Leavenworth Kansas. You will be so impressed by the chill atmosphere, no pressure attitudes, overall buying experience combined with a huge selection that you'll be like me - a happy and satisfied customer who will buy my next car and my next car from Zeck Ford.
