He took the time to make sure he knew what I was needing in a vehicle and was patient with me in finding just what I was looking for. I never once felt pressured when going through options or when finally deciding on a vehicle. Darius went above and beyond to see to it I was taken care of and was happy staying late to ensure I knew where everything was at in my vehicle. The entire process went smoothly from walking through the doors to checking out and leaving with my new car. I couldn't be more happy with my Escape and how well I was treated at Zeck. I would highly recommend this dealership and Darius to anyone! More

When I called Zeck Ford, Nicole answered the phone and I explained I wanted to make sure that the car was worth the drive from Tulsa. I asked her: "Would she sell the car to her grandmother?" Nicole took the car for test drive, took a video of the car, then sent the video to me and called back. She said she would indeed sell that car to her grandmother, and the video confirmed its condition. I put a deposit on the car and drove to Kansas a couple of days later. Arriving in the dealership, I told Nicole that I was hungry and was not looking forward to the four hours I had to drive back to Oklahoma. She literally went into the dealership's break room and gave me the turkey sandwich she brought for her lunch!! Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional. A huge relief to work with the people at Zeck Ford! A few weeks ago I was in a car accident. I found myself searching for used cars for the first time in my life. I had always bought new so the whole ex A few weeks ago I was in a car accident. I found myself searching for used cars for the first time in my life. I had always bought new so the whole experience of delving into the world used cars is a bit overwhelming. It took me about two and a half weeks of devoting all of my free time (and much of my sleep time) to researching reviews, comparing models, and checking that against inventory in the area... then checking that against prices... then visiting nice dealerships with shady sales people and vice versa. When it came down to it, a lot of that time spent could have been saved if I had just ventured my search a tiny bit outside of Kansas City early on and looked into Zeck Ford sooner. We scheduled an appointment for Monday afternoon. When we arrived we were cheerfully greeted and offered the traditional dealership staples of water and popcorn. The place was very busy but the atmosphere was upbeat and inviting. We were placed with Sage Herrera. He was a very thoughtful, kind, and fun person to deal with. Sage had the perfect blend of professionalism and being a person you were glad to talk to. Throughout the visit we were able to joke around with Sage and even the manager, Jay. We came prepared with a list of at least 3 cars we wanted to look into. All of these were the same model at different price points. Sage started out by listening to what we wanted and followed through. He took the time to be completely upfront and transparent about the history of each car we were interested in, no sugar coating or creative ways to deflect. One of the things that really stood out the most was that this discussion took place BEFORE we even looked at the cars in person and, honestly, I think that is what sold me on this dealership! The good, the bad, and the ugly was all on the table for us to nit-pick during the test drive. We carefully dug through the inspection records and technician notes. The funny thing is their standards are pretty great because the things that I was ready to pick apart were actually either extremely minor or not even noticeable. That level of attention to detail increased my confidence and let me enjoy the ride. The path that Sage took us through was the best stretch of road I had test driven a car on. It was great for really getting the feel of the car in various situations. There was lots of turns and varying speeds to check out how it handles. After driving a couple of the cars and boring Sage with my family's stories/terrible humor, I ended up deciding on one of the 2015 Ford C-Max Hybrid SEL's that was a little more than my original price range. This was my own doing. We only looked at the cars that I said I wanted to see and that was one of them. It was a great deal and the better ride. We had absolutely zero pressure from any of the staff on anything except asking us if we wanted water a lot, haha - which is actually really thoughtful for how hot it is outside. The purchase process is a bit long no matter where you are but Adam and Sage handled it with ease. The prices are already at the bottom line, which helps cut out a lot of the back and forth time wasting that typically goes on. We didn't have a trade-in or financing so that also helped reduce the amount of time spent but from what it looked like in the forms it wouldn't have been much harder/longer if we had. The only fees we paid are the $399 administrative fee and a $4 title fee. I did a lot of research and prices are what brought me there in the first place. We had to take off right away before the car was finished getting it's finishing touches like a navigation card, some keys cut, and getting a final detail. Since I didn't have a second person available to go with me to pick up the car tomorrow, Sage offered to deliver the car to my place in Kansas City at a time that works for me. I should get the car delivered tomorrow and I'm really looking forward to it! BOTTOM LINE: Cars here seem to go quickly, so be sure and plan on securing the one you want if you love it at the test drive. This was our first visit to this dealership and we felt confident enough to sign the papers in the same day! After wasting hours of time at other dealerships with a bunch of run around on facts or prices, this dealership and the fantastic people, like Sage, are what turns a car buying experience from a hassle to an exciting purchase. One mostly unrelated side note: I noticed a xKCx sticker by Made Urban Apparel on the wall of one of the cubicles. I was intrigued because my friends' run this streetwear clothing line. I mentioned it to one of them that I saw the sticker while buying a car and they were excited. He said that had made some shirts for Zeck before. I was even more proud to have bought my new (to me) car from a place that supports young local entrepreneurs. More

Long day but worth the wait! I had to shop for a new car due to my previous car being totaled, I was not looking forward to that at all. I test drove 2 cars and unfortunately they I had to shop for a new car due to my previous car being totaled, I was not looking forward to that at all. I test drove 2 cars and unfortunately they were not in my price range so I was pretty upset thinking I probably wasn't going to be leaving without a car BUT with Gavins help and his managers help (Amanda I think) they got me something I liked just as much and was in my price range! Unfortunately the second day the car overheated I called them and the service manager hooked me up the same afternoon with a loaner car and they took my car back to the dealership. I got my car back within 2 days and I was back on the road with no problems! During the time I had the loaner Gavin called me and checked on the status of the car and I really appreciated the fact that he was still calling me after he got his sale, he even called me to let me know my paperwork was ready and he would send it out with a owners manual that I requested! With all that being said I'm glad I made the hour drive to Zeck! Thanks More

Got home and discovered that the floor mats were not in the car. Jeffrey said he would throw them in the mail so we didn't have to drive all the way back out there to get them. Awesome!! The only downside we experienced was the price for the trade in. Zeck had the lowest of the 3 dealerships we visited in the car search. More
