We met John Pemberton as we walked in the door and that was wild as I'd gone to high school and college with John, but had no idea he worked there! It was awesome that he was the first person we saw when we arrived! Then our salesperson, Ray Mullenaux, was fabulous! He didn't pressure us and everything was smooth. He answered all our questions and was super knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at and the Hybrid we settled on. Cullen Lewman was really helpful with our financing, ended up getting us a lower rate than our credit union had approved us for and answered all our question about purchasing an extended warranty. The porters did a great job cleaning up the car before we took possession too. Overall, this was the best car buying experience we've ever had. We will be back and will refer our family and friends as well. Thank you! More
