We had such a great experience when we bought our truck a year ago we knew that it would be best to go back to Zeck even with hour drive each way. In standard Zeck fashion and inquired what we needed and focused on providing the best solution. No high pressure sales. We ended up making an appointment to come back on Saturday to test drive some more cars since we weren't quite ready to pull the plug on Tuesday. After Bill listened to everything we were looking for on Tuesday, he had one Explorer pulled for us which hit all of our wish list items. We looked at a couple more but ended up buying the one he picked out for us. His customer service and interaction was great and we really got to know a lot about each other which I appreciate in a sales person. I don't want to be "just another customer". Our experience with Zeck was great the 2nd time around but was even better since Bill was our sales person. I totally recommend him for anyone looking to purchase a car. He really held our hand throughout the process and made us feel at ease. More

I have talked to him about not leading me to another vehicle that had accessories I was interested. Caused me to make an extra trip to Leavenworth. In the end, I ended up with second car with the additional features, Dustin was too tied to only leading me to the vehicle I had identified as a customer advocate and not be thought of as a "salesman" trying up sell a customer. Very understandable philosophy. More

My dad purchased multiple cars from the original owner of the dealership and continues to buy cars from them today. I am a recent college graduate so I can't afford a whole lot every month. Those who helped us at Zeck Ford managed to get my payments down and even got me a better interest rate than I was pre-approved for! Walking away from the dealership I felt very confident in knowing all that I needed to know about the vehicle and how to use the tech within the vehicle. I am so so so happy with my new Fiesta!! Zeck Ford is an amazing car buying experience All I can say is go go go! I hate buying from dealerships. So I was kind of sketchy walking in the first time. I heard nothing but good things from friends so I decided to go in. Upon entering I was greeted by nothing but smiling faces. It was a positive atmosphere which made me feel good and motivated to buy. I sat down with Clint Phillips and instantly I knew I was in good hands. He asked what I was looking for and I told him. Within minutes I was behind the wheel of the car I currently own. Clint made sure at all times I was comfortable with the vehicle, payments, and just everything. I was a little stressed walking in at first but he helped guide me to my new favorite vehicle.
