Excellent customer service I purchased a used 2013 F150, and after driving for a week a problem came up requiring service. I live about 45 minutes from the dealership so I didn't want to bring it back to Zeck, but I also felt that since it was so soon after purchasing the truck that Zeck should take care of the problem. No questions asked...my sales rep offered to send a driver with a loaner vehicle to pick up my truck, fix the problem, and then deliver my truck and take the loaner back. Everything was coordinated over text message as I was tied up in meetings all day and unable to take phone calls. My sales rep was out of state for training, so she worked with a colleague to get everything lined up. The loaner was a brand new 2016 F150, and they had my truck serviced and returned to me in just over a day. Everyone at Zeck followed through on their commitments, including the service technician who called me when service was complete and explained the problem and the repairs. I was a bit skeptical when purchasing a used vehicle from a small town Ford dealership, as I was trading in my BMW and over the last few years had grown accustomed to the top notch customer service that BMW provides. My experience with Zeck totally exceeded my expectations and everyone involved went out of their way to take care of me. I couldn't have asked for the situation to be handled any better. More

Finance manager was awesome (his name escapes me....), you won't find a nicer/more layed back guy to talk with, and very helpful. I also met Derek Zeck (owner) very nice guy down to earth and super friendly/talkative. i had seen him a few times during subsequent visits, i thought he was just another one of the guys...Anyways A huge thank you to Zeck FORD, i will come back for my next vehicle. Ryan was working with us at the dealership when we first started. He was patient and focused on helping us to find the correct vehicle in the price range we were looking for. I asked that he keep in touch and send us information occasionally on possible options that came their way. he did just that, never pushy just present with information when I needed it. Buying a car is not something I enjoy, but Ryan and ZECK made it easy for us. My wife and kids love our Enclave. It is the 2nd car we have purchased from ZECK. I see no other reason to buy anywhere else in the future. By the way, we do not live in Leavenworth. We live close to 40 miles away in Olathe, about 5 minutes from close to twenty dealerships. Like the Zeck business model I liked working with Hunter, Very helpful and friendly. Knew quite a bit about the ford edge.
