If I could leave a -1 star I would. I have been trying to get my truck repaired for 3 months. This a F-150 that Zeck Ford sold me with an extended warranty. The warranty that did not cov I have been trying to get my truck repaired for 3 months. This a F-150 that Zeck Ford sold me with an extended warranty. The warranty that did not cover the cost of the blown motor at 98,000 miles. After finally getting a used motor in the truck, Zeck will not get the exhaust leak fixed, out the correct oil in the motor and now other parts are breaking or were broken as soon as I got it back from them. Matt., manager of service will never call you back. Danny doesn't take notes apparently when you talk to him because nothing you ask for gets done. I have tried again and again to get the items, they left undone, fixed by them. More

My Experience My experience was positive overall. I do wish is that if they're going to wear the mantle of "No Haggle Dealership" they wouldn't pop you with a $500 My experience was positive overall. I do wish is that if they're going to wear the mantle of "No Haggle Dealership" they wouldn't pop you with a $500 fee after you've pretty well committed to buying. The true measurement of a dealership is how they treat you when you go back for service or scheduled maintenance. Any dealer will treat you well when they're trying to sell you a car, so real judgement will be reserved for later. More
