Everyone is very friendly, they have big screen TV's all around, and they play good music. I could be a little hard on them for the fact I wasn't feeling well when I got there, and I was fading fast. I was getting more sick by the minute. (literally) Being as busy as they are, it wasn't a fast process either. That would probably be my 1st complaint about my experience at Zeck Ford. YET it could have been worse. I could have been stuck at your typical dealership with nothing to watch and nothing to listen to, except maybe, if you're lucky some elevator music. My 2nd complaint would be the low balling of my trade-in. They offered me $800 for my 2008 Ford Focus. That was a kick in the nuts for sure. I was expecting to get low balled, but that was a little ridiculous. HOWEVER... Saying that... I will also say they did allow me to have payment free for basically 90 days, giving me a chance to sell my car for more, so I could put down more later. (which I sold my car for $4000 2 weeks later) So it sort of balanced it out for me. (sort of) Would I recommend Zeck Ford to others? You betcha... It could have been much worse... Their friendliness and the atmosphere made it much more bearable for me. (even being sick) I'm sure I will be back for my next car. (although I'm not a huge Ford fan) Just hoping I feel better next time and I hope they can speed the process up a little. 5 hours at a dealership was way to long. (especially when you're not feeling well.) So bottom line... As far as dealerships go? They are above the rest... Could fix a few things, but what dealership can't? More

I described my trade and received a very fair trade value towards my new truck all over the phone. I drove approx. 180 miles to the dealership from Nebraska to Kansas. It was worth the drive. I was greeted the moment walked in and let me add "no pressure dealership and a relaxed atmosphere". I have bought countless cars over the years and this buying experience was like no other. Cheerful helpful staff. All my questions were answered and I had plenty. Follow-up appreciation calls and even a post card that asked if I and Star were happy with my new truck (Star is my dog) I talked about her and Kyle remembered .
