He went over the cars that they had in stock and helped us narrow our pick down to one. Since this is my first purchase of a car since my husband passed away I was a little nervous. I have bought quite a few vehicles over the last ten years, from many dealership This was the best dealership experience that I have ever experienced. I have bought quite a few vehicles over the last ten years, from many dealerships, and this was by far the easiest experience I have ever had. When we arrived at the dealership and got out of the vehicle there were not 20 lot lizards trying to force us to buy. Steve was awesome from the beginning. We had predetermined the vehicle that we wanted to look at and Steve got it immediately and took us on a test drive. After driving the vehicle we knew we wanted to look at another vehicle from another dealer before purchasing. At no time did we feel pressure to buy. We spent less then 10 minutes at the other dealership before returning to Zeck. We told Steve that we had only a little bit of time because of previous commitment, ROYALS PLAYOFF GAME, and they gave us the key to the vehicle and told us they would get the paperwork ready and we could come back later. When doing the paperwork we continued to received TOP NOTCH service by everybody. Many salesman and finance personnel came up to us just to talk about the Royals game. Steve brought my two young boys multiple bags of popcorn and free water and my boys really enjoyed the free WIFI. All in all, the best experience I have ever had. We will most definitely be back. More

Truck Purchase I went to this dealership for several reasons. First, their pricing was reasonable and the people involved in sales are not commissioned. This avoids I went to this dealership for several reasons. First, their pricing was reasonable and the people involved in sales are not commissioned. This avoids the pressure you get from most dealerships. I was pleased with the ease in taking my truck for a test drive. The deal was very smooth. The only complaint I had is the day I went to pick up my truck, my sales representative ignored me and helped a lady that just walked through the door. Here I am after putting down a significant down payment, feel like this lady just takes priority. This went on to the point that another rep came over and finished the paperwork, took my picture, and handed me the keys....very frustrating. I had an overall positive experience with just one hiccup. More

Not going back here Drove in from out of town to look at a truck, test drove okay, ready to make a purchase until they low-balled my trade-in. Talked to the guy who assessed it and was told that Zeck wouldn't keep the car, it would go to wholesale and that was all it was worth. He wouldn't budge on my trade because "we sell over 400 vehicles a month and we know what it's worth." He also refused to provide details of the $400 "Administration Fee", and wouldn't remove it from the sale stating everyone has to pay that. Conversation degraded from that point. No animosity towards Kyle, he tried, but the arrogance of the other people won't sell me a truck from there. More
