Easy going, no pressure. I didn't feel pressured to by a vehicle, I could have walked out at anytime. I've worked with a few salesmen over the years, mostly for parents, friends, etc. I can't remembe I've been really happy with my experience with Zeck. I've worked with a few salesmen over the years, mostly for parents, friends, etc. I can't remember one better than Zeck's Dustin Deason. Dustin went above and beyond to answer my questions about my beautiful pre-owned Mustang. He even totally disclosed that it had suffered minor hail damage, which I feel some might have kept to themselves. It was a struggle to see the couple small dents; I like to think I'd have seen them, but can't be sure. They removed them completely and the finish is perfect. Dustin has called a few times to make sure I'm happy, and whenever I had a question, he was available right away to help. I was a little disappointed to be upsold on extended warranties and things when the time came to arrange financing, but received a full credit when I asked to cancel the services; it was very easy. So I really have no complaints. More

The atmosphere in the dealership is simply "OFF THE CHAIN" I worked mainly with Ray Mullenaux. It was a hard case....I was looking for a specific Jeep Wrangler model, with specific specs at a very specific price point. Ray worked the search for weeks, he provided updates via email, with pics and potential pricing. After about three weeks, he found my Jeep. Ray sent an update and pic before the Jeep (which was a trade in) was ever in the Zeck system. During the purchase, I was afforded a maintenance outbrief by Gene. Gene provided a run down of what maintenance was recommend by them, with an overall run down of maintenance shortfalls complete. Additionally, Gene and Ray provided outsource subject matter experts available to validate their maintenance recommendations. They even let me test drive the Jeep for 48 hours, before final purchase! In the end, I was afforded a say in what maintenance was going to be done, how I wanted to finance the purchase and given outsources for continued build of the Jeep (after marker advice). At no time was I hassled, or coralled to an idea. There were no fracturuos discussions. I walked away with the vehicle I wanted, and car dealership friends to go with it. Truly and amazing sales rep in Ray....and truly an amazing team at Zeck Ford. If you are looking for a new or used car, even if it isn't a Ford, go down to Zeck Ford anyway and check in. They will take care of you. Ask for Ray....you won't be disappointed!!!! More
