Just looking, but drove a different car off the lot!!! We came in with an idea of what we wanted, but not planning to buy. Mainly an SUV, we had a 2012 Fiesta, but plan on expanding the family, so we were thinking an Escape. So he showed us several SUV and we actually bought an sunburst color 2014 Escape at a very good price with low mileage. Traded in the Fiesta knowing we'd be given up the excellent gas mileage for more cabin room, oh well. The deal was done in a short amount of time. Thanks for Ryan's help, he guided our experience and gave us what we needed. His showmanship was easy going and honest, not the usual pushy hurry up salesperson one would see at a dealership!!!! Thank you very much Ryan!! More

Happy with my purchase It had been a long time since I purchases a new(ish) car, and this was my first time at a big dealership. I had called ahead and made an appointmen It had been a long time since I purchases a new(ish) car, and this was my first time at a big dealership. I had called ahead and made an appointment and told them the cars I wanted to look at. The test drive went well and Steve was knowledgeable about the features of the car and very friendly. I decided to purchase. The price seemed fair, and I got what I expected to get for my trade. The entire process took a longer than I thought it would and I had to leave before they could go over everything on the car and get it properly cleaned. However, Zeck made it right by making an appointment for me to come in at a later date so they could clean the car and properly go over everything. I'm happy with my purchase and my decision to buy from Zeck. More
