Could not have had a better experience in buying a car. We were looking for a used Edge. With plenty to choose from, all in great shape, we found an 2011 that was priced $1800 less than anything similar in We were looking for a used Edge. Good natured and professional, he was patient with us as we drove several cars without finding the one that was just right. Given that, Gene went to work to find what we were looking for and get this: he found it at our price and had it brought in...the next day. Add to that, the alignment was off just a touch, so he immediately took it to the shop to correct the problem. He also noticed the Ford emblem on the back of the car was slightly, and I mean slightly, marred. With that he ordered a replacement and the service department went out of their way to work me into a busy Monday, the only day I had that week (thanks, Danny). Throw in the ease of the paperwork process with Carlos & Kim, plus the friendly, helpful attitude of everyone else we came in contact with and we can't recommend Zeck Ford highly enough. More

I found Zeck Ford by doing a Bing search for the vehicle I was looking for. The search engine took me to a Car and Driver website that told me where the nearest vehicles I was looking for were. Within 24 hours of sending my inquiry on a vehicle, a Zeck Ford rep contacted me via phone and gave me the details on the vehicle I was looking at. I appreciated how they gave the bottom line price up front in order to do away with some of the haggling. I was called again shortly after requesting a test drive and then they confirmed with me again the night prior. I definitely felt like I was receiving personal attention. I was immediately greeted upon arriving at the dealership and received outstanding customer service from Jake Oberfoell. He and his superior did their best to give me as close as possible to what I was looking for for my trade in. The superior customer service continued in the finanance department when Carlos Martinez gave me the best interest rate possible - outdoing even USAA (which I did not think was possible). Without a doubt I would recommend Zeck Ford to others seeking out a new or used car. More
